HOW TO ORDER?
1. CLICK HERE! to fill out our online inquiry with all your event details.
2. We will contact you within 24 - 48 hours. Inquiries submitted over the weekend (Friday - Sunday) will be addressed the following Monday, unless you need a next day delivery.
3. Once you confirm your order, we will send you an invoice/payment link in a separate email. You can pay it using you credit/debit card.
4. Wait to enjoy the best of our products on the date and time confirmed previously.
We work via email in order to exchange photos and will only exchange pricing in writing. This is also for your benefit to ensure order accuracy and allows both parties to view order details at any time. Working through email also allows us to provide quick responses while at other event locations or after business hours.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
Orders should be placed as early as possible. Event set up dates and times are first come first serve.
We will confirm availability on the selected date in our follow up email.
We request at least one week in advance notice for our balloon structures (5ft letters/numbers, unicorn, llama, etc.
Rush fees may apply to any order with less than 24 hours notice if available.
WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?
Delivery fee is priced according to location and time.
We have a minimum order of $200 for delivery in areas within 25 miles from 78745.
A minimum order of $300 for delivery in areas farther than 25miles from 78745, including Round Rock, Leander, Cedar Park, Georgetown, San Marcos, New Braunfels, Fredericksburg.
NO PICK UPS AVAILABLE
DO PRICES INCLUDE REMOVAL OF THE DECOR?
No. An additional fee will apply. Please notify us when booking your decor if a take down and removal if needed.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Once your order is finalized, an invoice will be emailed to you that can be paid online with a credit/debit card or bank transfer. Full payment is required to book our services. If payment is not received on the due date marked in the invoice, we won't be able to guarantee availability for the date/time of your event. A 10% re-issue fee may apply if we need to send you a new invoice
HOW LONG DO BALLOONS LAST INDOORS?
Air filled balloons: Many air filled balloons designs can last weeks indoors. The longevity of your balloons will depend on the environmental conditions of the space.
Helium balloons: Our helium balloon will float for at least 3 days if indoors. Again, the longevity of your balloons will depend on the environmental conditions of the space.
HOW LONG DO BALLOONS LAST OUTDOORS?
Balloons used outdoors are not guaranteed to last any specific amount of time as the sun, heat, wind, rain, etc., affects the lifespan of the balloons.
HOW LONG CAN I KEEP THE YARD NUMBERS / YARD LETTERS?
We deliver our yard numbers and/or yard letters between 8:30am - 9:30am (if there are already events booked for that time slot we'll push the delivery time to the closest time slot available).
We pick up our yard numbers and/or yard letters the same day after 8:30pm.
Balloon releases are another way of littering. We are working to educate on the important of not releasing balloons into the environment and the correct use and disposal of balloons. We do not coordinate, support or participate in balloon releases.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Pre-payment is required to start balloon production.
No refunds or changes will be granted once payment is processed and production has started.
If payment is not received on the due date marked in the invoice, we won't be able to guarantee availability for the date/time of your event. A 10% re-issue fee may apply if we need to send you a new invoice .
Confetti and tassel colors may slightly vary from posted photos due to availability of materials.
Once the balloon is delivered at your location we are not responsible if the balloon deflates or pops.
The bubble balloon material is a very durable plastic. However, they are not pop proof.
Exposing balloons to extreme heat or sharp objects may cause them to burst.
All balloon sales are final sale.
RENTALS TERMS: If a rental item is damaged, you will be notified by ATX Bubbles within seven (7) days of the rental return. Photos of damages can be submitted as proof upon request. If a rental item is damaged you will be charged with the 75% of the retail price of the item. If damaged items are not paid within 7 days, the credit card on file will be charged, unless payment arrangements have been set up with ATX Bubbles.
